The NEHSSP PE & School Sports' Awards is changing for 2011 to make an even more exciting event. This year young people from both Rushmoor and Hart will be presented with their awards on the same evening. Please see the full article for more information.

On Tuesday 29th Court Moor school took part in the Hants SSP Netball tournement representing NEHSSP. The tournament had 11 entries and the girls did amazingly in coming third over all.

More than 600 children took to the stage at Princes Hall, Aldershot, on Thursday 31st March to be a part of Dance Challenge 2011. Three events were held over the course of the day for Infant, Junior and Secondary dances and showcased the talents of young people from 28 schools across Rushmoor and Hart!

As you know the funding for the School Sports Partnership is being drastically cut. This essential resource will be lost if we do not act now. We need a transition period from now until either Government money becomes available or we are able to secure a funding stream to enable Rushmoor schools to restructure our NEHSSP under the umbrella of the EIP (Education Improvement Partnership).

We need to be proactive to enable this to happen.... What can you do to help??? READ ON!

Thomas Howell of Crondall Primary School won 1st place in the Year 5 boys category of the British Schools Orienteering Championships in Hertfordshire on 21st November 2010. Thomas was one of 29 competitiors in his category.
