Court Moor referees impress at tournament
Year 11 Girls from Court Moor School make impressive debuts as referees.
The four students who were selected by SSCO Claire Salmon, gave up their afternoon to help out at the annual Girls Football Tournament held at Velmead Junior School.
The girls refereed at least 6 games each and received great feedback from coaches, teachers and the tournament organisers. As a result of enjoying their experience the girls are now looking to book onto referee courses so they can continue their refereeing development.
