On Friday 2nd July, Hampshire Schools Showpiece sporting event brought National School Sport week to a close. Superstars 2010 saw over 200 Elite athletes from all over Hampshire representing their partnerships in an exciting day of multi sport action including Archery, Swimming, Duathlon and Rowing.
If you're aged between 11-19, come along and try out Street Cheer, a funky mix of Street Dance and Cheerleading at the Prospect Centre, Mayfield Road. For more information click above.

12 young Leaders from The Wavell School used their HI5 netball umpiring skills, or leadership skills, to officiate score, and time keep at the NEHSSP Netball tournament for year 6 children on Tuesday 22nd September.

All Saints Junior School performed their dance "No Wars Will Stop Us Singing" at the first NEHSSP Hart Sports Awards on 15th July. The children, who also won the Dance Challenge earlier this year, also won an award for Best School Team on the night.
Tom Bee, a year 8 student from Calthorpe Park School, won a silver medal at the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Superstars event in July. Tom competed against other students from around the county to win his medal.

Richard Francis, Partnership Development Manager, looking very pleased with himself after winning the golf chipping competition following the NEHSSP first ever golf lesson at Oak Park Golf Club, Crondall on Wednesday 29th April 2009. Richard is being presented with his prize (3 golf balls!) by Paul Mayho the Golf professional who was taking the lesson.
